Firstly, I must say I never normally send feedback so this is a first!!

I just wanted to thank you so much for the engraved wine glasses that I ordered yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful and I could not be more pleased with the item. Also, I have to say that your service has been second to none - I received a phone call to double check the engraving that I wanted and they arrived first thing this morning after ordering them yesterday afternoon!

The only thing i would say is...you asked me to leave feedback however it is not obvious where to leave it. It would be easier to have a section on the home page which takes you directly to a feedback page. potential customers can look at your great reviews and exsisting customers can easily see where to praise. Just an idea but great service all the same.

We have just received our WEDDING TOPPER today by post and are BOTH TOTALLY DELIGHTED with it. The detail is amazing from my dress, to the colour of Pete's waist coat and of course the scarf. I wasn't sure what style of bouquet to have, but I'm now going to match it to the one on the figure.
