Firstly, I must say I never normally send feedback so this is a first!! I just wanted to thank you so much for the engraved wine glasses that I ordered yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful and I could not be more pleased with the item. Also, I have to say that your service has been second to none - I received a phone call to double check the engraving that I wanted and they arrived first thing this morning after ordering them yesterday afternoon! I cannot wait to give them to my dad for his birthday - I am sure he will love them as much as I do! Thanks again, I will definitely be recommending you and using your service again in the future.

We were so pleased with our recent purchase, the items arrived promptly, and they were beautifully engraved, and the wine glasses were beautiful....they are gifts for our wedding guests, so we were delighted with the quality.We will definitely re order, in fact we already have ordered 2 more sets, for parents and bridesmaid.

These glasses are the loveliest wine glasses i have ever purchased. I bought these for some of my team who were leaving and thought they might be too girly but they are not. They are beautiful. the engraving is neat and clear and i could not be happier with the glassess or the service from this company Thank you

Many thanks for your most excellent and prompt service, I was so grateful that you managed to complete the order at such short notice.The beautiful crystal wine glasses and butterfly photo frame were both engraved to perfection, in flawless spanish!They also arrived in Spain in good time for the wedding and were received with delight. Comment from the Spanish couple was 'we have nothing so beautiful here in Spain!' Again many thanks Pauline
