Personalised Swarovski Crystal Wine Glasses Engraved With Any Message

Our ever popular personalised Swarovski crystal wine glasses are quality glasses made from fine 24% lead crystal and adorned with beautiful Swarovski crystal beads which add glamour to the glasses and shimmer in the light. The wine glass also has deep swirling cuts which tie in with the crystals very elegantly.

Each individual glass can be engraved with any message so you could for instance have one glass personalised for the bride and one for the groom or perhaps as a anniversary gift giving separate wishes of congratulations to the husband and wife.

The wine glasses are beautifully presented in a dark blue satin lined gift box. The glasses sit snug into a mould which sits beneath the satin holding the glasses securely in place. The box has a glossy dark blue coating with silver writing on the cover.

Delivery Details

Standard Delivery

Each item you order is despatched as soon as possible, our leadtime is 1-2 days for the item(s) to be engraved and despatched by your chosen delivery method. As standard all orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class post, orders over £29 qualify for free 1st class delivery.

Next Working Day Delivery

This option is available per item, just select the "Delivered Next Working Day" option on this product page where available. Orders received by 2:30pm will be despatched the same day to any UK address by Royal Mail Special delivery or by Next Working Day Courier and delivered by 17:30 the following day. If you have more than 3 items which you require next day delivery please call us on 08445679607 and we will discuss a quote for delivery and availability.

Saturday Delivery

Items ordered by 2:30pm by Friday can be delivered on a Saturday to any UK mainland address by Royal Mail Saturday delivery. Just select the option "Guaranteed Saturday Delivery" on this product page. Again this option is selected per item however if you require 3 or more items please call us on 08445679607 to discuss a quote and availability.

Packaging

All orders are securely packaged and despatched with lots and lots of bubble wrap and breakages are extremely rare. We will replace any items damaged in the post if reported within 3 working days from delivery, please email a photograph of the damage to postmaster(at)keepitpersonal.co.uk quoting your order number and describing the damage and we will send a replacement immediately.

You asked us to complete details of the personalisation for the front and back of each glass. This was correctly replicated on the invoice - same message on the front of each glass, back of one glass blank and back of another with special words. However. both the front and the back on each glass said the same thing.

Many apologies for duplicating the engraving on the back of both glasses. We can rectify this for you no problem.

Regarding delivery we rarely have glass breakages we overpack all of our items so it's never really an issue - our main business is glass and we are very experienced. There is a message with these flutes to let customers know that the items are fragile and has a cleaning and care guide which has reduced breakages of this glass to zero.

The engraving is not straight on the second wine glass

Sorry to hear this, just call or email if there is a problem with your order we are more than happy to help - I am passionate about customer service - we've built up the company based on customer loyalty and if there is a problem be assured I will fix it.

It's quite an unusual complaint as the engraving is carried out on a rotary device and the glass would have fallen off the wheels if the engraving wasn't straight? I am wondering if the rim if the glass itself is slightly skewed, perhaps hold the glasses up together and compare - this could cause the glass to very slightly raise on the roller.

Can you take a photo and email this to us at postmaster(at)keepitpersonal.co.uk and I will take a look.

We will post a obviously send a replacement if you are not happy.
