Delivery Guide

We have a high reputation for fast delivery and send all orders within 1-2 working days direct from our manufacturing facility in Bristol. All UK deliveries are sent with tracking information to allow you to track from the day the item is posted to the front door.

If you live within the Bristol area you can collect your parcel from us the next working day. Our office is open from 7.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday till Friday.

Royal Saturday Delivery Guaranteed Saturday Delivery. SMS and email tracking. A signature is required. Order anytime before 2.30pm Friday for Saturday delivery.

EUROPE & Ireland Ireland 5 working days by DPD Airmail. 5-7 days delivery to Western Europe. All deliveries to Ireland are sent by DPD and are fully tracked. £9.99

European Delivery

We ship to all destinations in Europe however there is weight limit of 2KG so if you have a large order please contact us on 0117 3637920 for a quote before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will look into your query immediately. If the item is damaged in transit or we have made an error with the order we will send a replacement straight away. Please email photograph's of the damage including the packaging to the email address stated on the packing slip and we will prioritise the replacement of your order within 1 business day.

Please ensure that all personalisation is correct before submitting the order as we cannot replace or refund orders which are incorrect.

Once the order is placed and the item has been processed for engraving you will be committed to the order and will not be able to return the item due to the customised nature of the products we offer since they cannot be resold.
