"In 2008, I traded my career as an accountant for something completely different: the chance to build a business with heart. Keep It Personal started as a small online shop, but I quickly realised that relying on external suppliers meant I couldn't guarantee the perfection my customers deserved. Refusing to compromise, I took a leap of faith, bought my first engraving machine, and brought production in-house. I still remember the early days, walking to the local post office every afternoon with huge sacks of engraved gifts—much to the dismay of the queue behind me!—but those daily trips proved that our commitment to quality was resonating."
