Can I upload a photo onto a mug?

Yes! You can upload any photo onto one of our personalised photo mugs. If you are using a smartphone just select the file upload button and you can either select a photo from the gallery or you can take a photo from the phone. Please just ensure that the photo is clear and as sharp as possible. If you are purchasing one of our unique face photo mugs ensure that the background image is as plain as possible - for example, you could take a photo with the person standing in front of a white-painted wall.

Is there a choice of fonts I can use to personalise the mug?

We have a selection of fonts that are available on most of our personalised and photo-upload mugs. Just choose from the drop-down list and you will be presented with a live online preview.

Can I put a personalised mug in the dishwasher?

We wouldn't recommend it however the print will not fade immediately in the dishwasher but over time it will affect the quality of the image.
