JM Gremillet Champagne is a French champagne from the Balnot Sur Laignes region in the south of France. It has a wonderful ripe grape taste with full fruity and baked biscuit flavours and a variety of hints of toasty yeast overtones. It is beautifully made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, and maintains a delightful mousse in the glass with a lovely floral aroma and a hint of citrus.
