Return Policy

If the item arrives damaged, this must be reported within 24 hours of the goods being delivered. Please email photographs of the damage including the packaging to the email address stated on the packing slip and we will prioritise the replacement of your order within 1 business day.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days and we will look into your query immediately.

Please ensure that all personalisation is correct before submitting the order as we cannot replace or refund incorrect orders.

Once the order is placed and the item has been processed for engraving you will be committed to the order and will not be able to return the item due to the customised nature of the products we offer since they cannot be resold.
