How to make the perfect Irish Coffee!

Heap a teaspoon of black coffee into our engraved Irish coffee mug or at the desired strength. Add a small measure of your favourite whiskey and stir in brown sugar if required - make sure it is fully dissolved as it is required to allow the cream to float on top.

Pour a layer of cream over the back of a spoon held just over the top of the glass and raise it as the cream fills to the top. You should now have the perfect Irish coffee!
